SMUTT Clothing Co. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your SMUTT purchase. Eligible regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and 1-of-1 items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or SMUTT Clothing Co. made an error with your order.

Sale and clearance items are also final sale unless otherwise stated.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SMUTT Clothing Co. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
